A good relationship always starts with mutual trust.
‘Building trust takes time. It’s something you have to invest in order to get closer to the client. Visits in person, good conversations or the occasional cup of coffee… This is how you learn the most.’
Listening to each other and having an honest dialogue are a must.
‘Someone once told me that we made too many assumptions. It was a learning moment and a reminder to ask people what they need… You’ll soon hear that they see things differently if you have a proper dialogue.’
