The pension transition in one day

Become a fully competent discussion partner in the negotiations about your new pension scheme in just one day!

The new pension legislation (Dutch Future of Pensions Act) brings many challenges for employers and employees. All pension schemes must be adjusted, and such changes can have significant consequences for both staff and the company.

For balanced decision-making, it is essential that all parties involved are well-versed in the new regulations. What exactly is changing? What does this mean for employees and the company, and what are the alternatives? How does the decision-making process work?

In just one day, we will equip you with the essential knowledge you need to effectively fulfill your role as a knowledgeable discussion partner.

"The largest transition in the history of pensions in the Netherlands requires well-prepared discussion partners on all sides of the negotiation table!"
