For whom:

All the companies or public entities operating in the EU regardless of headcount or annual turnover, which use AI tools in their daily operations (e.g. M365 Copilot license) are obliged to provide some form of AI literacy training to their employees. This also applies for companies which are not developing AI tools, only using them.
