Our service offering includes:

  • Tax and Cash incentives: We provide an 'end to end' process to harness Tax and Cash incentives for clients that sustainably retrofit or acquire their real estate portfolios in the Netherlands and abroad.
  • Valuation: We assess and quantify sustainability factors and risks in the valuation of properties and analyze their impact on prices and cash flows. In addition, we can provide relevant input to quantify the impact of different energy and climate scenarios and the associated risks on the value of buildings, either valuing buildings individually or analyzing the performance at a portfolio level.
  • Sustainable strategy: We define your organization’s strategic objectives and prepare gap analyses, including a portfolio-based, active management of various risks, such as those resulting from climate change and investors' requirements for social aspects of the assets. Also, we assist with the design and implementation of  innovative and sustainable Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) systems.
  • Due diligence: Our M&A ESG expert assess sustainability at the asset, portfolio and corporate level. They will identify room for improvement with respect to defined, market-conform ESG criteria.
  • Legal integration: We assist with design and implementation of sustainable (lease) contracts to transform and manage tenant and service provider structures. Also, we advise from a legal standpoint to achieve sustainability goals, taking into account legal issues such as data protection requirements and regulation applicable.
  • Sustainable reporting: Leading real estate companies have committed to (voluntary) stakeholder reporting on their sustainable goals under UN SDG, GRI, UN PRI, GRESB, BREEAM, Paris Proof, B-Corp or INREV standards or are obligated to report to their financiers (green bonds) or based on regulations (CSRD, SFDR etc). Knowing the industry and the (data) challenges, we provide 'end to end' or modular solutions to sustainability reporting.
  • Data Tooling: Our data experts tackle the challenges of recurring sustainability reporting by integrating data sources feeding into one data platform and create transparent dashboarding.
