First, PwC helped the organization to define the required processes and systems. The partners have their own access to the Salesforce environment where they use Salesforce Partner Communities. PwC created the Salesforce Partner Community and an user interface that fits the corporate branding of the organization.
The Partner Community serves as a complete tool for the partners so that our customer do not have to switch between systems any more. The Partner Community supports the complete lifecycle of a partner and the entire sales process. The functionality includes registration and onboarding, access to a learning environment, knowledge management, marketing funding, case management and quote management. This allows the organization to achieve its growth ambitions through the partners.
