PwC’s scan for the NextGen

Gain direct insights into the fit between your organisation and young talent

PwC’s scan for the NextGen provides direct insights into how attractive your organisation is for young talent. We do this by: assessing the position of your organisation in the labour market; understanding how satisfied your employees are with their employment conditions and providing insights on the work-related preferences of young talent in the market. Insights are provided in an interactive dashboard. This dashboard answers the following questions:

  1. Is your organisation attractive to young talent?
  2. Are your employees satisfied in areas that the organisation is focusing on?
  3. Are your employees satisfied in areas that young talent find important?

How does the scan work?

To understand how attractive your organisation is for young talent, we compare the current governance within your organisation with the interests of young talent. In addition, we examine how satisfied your employees are with these policies. This data will be integrated with our  benchmark. The result will be presented via an interactive dashboard and a two pager with key findings will be provided. Do you want to know more about this scan?

Integration with workforce preference study outcomes

Young talent is the future. As an organisation it is relevant to understand what they consider to be important in their work to become their employer of choice. PwC conducted the Workforce Preference Study (WFPS), a study about the work-related preferences of young talent in the Netherlands. The aim of this study is to help organisations understand relevant aspects that impact labour market decisions made by young talent. PwC’s scan for the NextGen uses these insights to assess the fit between your organisation and young talent.
