A couple of the notable ones are:
- The Carlsberg Foundation and Carlsberg completed the acquisition of Britvic Plc
- A 22.5% stake in Asda Group Ltd was acquired by TDR Capital LLP
- Rijcken Groep was acquired by Foreman Capital BV
- Superstruct Entertainment Ltd was acquired by KKR & Co Inc.
The most active sector (in number of deals) in June was Food Service & Restaurants with 13 deals, as shown by:
- Mgmtco AS acquiring Olivia Holding AS
- Tortilla Mexican Grill Plc acquiring Fresh Burritos SAS, and
- Gustoso Gruppe GmbH has acquired 't Zusje Franchise BV.
Several potential acquisitions and exits are also being explored. To name a few:
- The Hague-based private equity firm BB Capital Investments is selling Dutch skin clinic specialist Cosmetique Totale through an auction, with Harris Williams as sponsor
- Joe & The Juice, a Danish chain of juice and coffee shops, may use acquisitions and joint ventures to support its global growth.
