Within Tax & Legal, I lead the team that advises small-cap companies, private equityowned businesses, family enterprises, and public organizations. We combine deep tax expertise with pragmatic advice, focused on value creation and risk management.
I also lead the Tax & Legal Digital Transformation Services & Development group. This business unit develops and implements integrated tax technology solutions that increase productivity and provide better insights, tailored to organizations’ specific needs.
My expertise lies in delivering tax services to Dutch listed companies and private equityowned businesses. With a strong focus on corporate income tax and tax strategy, I advise on international restructurings, acquisitions, (re)financings, and initial public offerings (IPOs). My clients are primarily active in the retail, transport and logistics, and technology sectors.
