Ronald Lantman is a Partner with PwC Legal Business Solutions and heads the Corporate & Commercial team in the Netherlands. Prior to joining PwC in 2014, Ronald gained experience as a corporate lawyer and deputy civil-law notary at a Dutch law firm and a Magic Circle law firm.
Ronald is a legal specialist with more than 20 years of experience in the field of corporate law and corporate restructuring. He advises on a broad range of corporate transactions with a particular focus on International Business Reorganisations and Corporate Structuring.
Ronald’s key areas of expertise include advising on and implementation of domestic and cross-border reorganisations, including legal entity simplifications, pre-deal carve-outs, post-deal integrations, value chain transformations, mergers and spin-offs, re-domiciliations, cash repatriations and liquidations.
Ronald has a proven track-record in corporate reorganisations and advised on and implemented 100+ domestic/cross-border mergers, spin-offs and re-domiciliations.
