I work within the Deals Community of PwC in the Netherlands and have significant experience in mergers and acquisitions processes, ranging from tax due diligence and tax structuring services to business or financing restructurings. I joined the M&A tax practice in 2007 and advised both Dutch and international transactions. I spent nearly 2,5 year with PwC Singapore where I was part of the Global Tax Structuring group.
In Singapore, my focus was on mergers & acquisition projects as well, but I also served clients with a Dutch / European angle in Singapore and / or the wider SEA region, utilising my knowledge on Dutch and European Corporate tax law.
