Profile Audit partner since 2010. Secondment to the Transaction Services practice dealing with mergers and acquisitions (2000 – 2004). Broad experience in leading the audit of large international companies, amongst which listed, private equity and family owned companies. Focus lies with the ‘Consumer & Industrial Products’ segment. Fully familiar with IFRS and Dutch gaap and internal control matters relevant for larger companies. Experienced in the private equity environment/strategies, as well as the dynamics and relationships between a Management Board, a Supervisory Board and ourselves as auditors. Currently I am Business Unit Leader of our assurance practice in Amsterdam and member of our Management Team of PwC Accountants The Netherlands.
