Partner, PwC Netherlands
As a partner, I lead PwC’s Workforce practice, through which we advise employers on people and HR matters in the broadest sense. I advise and guide employers in HR and workforce transformations.
I also help employers in shaping their pension strategy, including negotiations with employee representatives and the pension administrators, as well as its implementation and execution. I am also specialized in the tax aspects of pensions.
'With great energy and dedication, I help employers bring complex pension change processes and issues to a successful conclusion. I translate complex and technical matters into understandable processes and choices. I can take clients, unions and works councils along and provide comfort in change processes. I also support employers and organisations in organisational, personnel and employment conditions, challenges and issues. I combine my work at PwC with my endowed professorship in Tilburg. The Labour Market, Pensions and Taxation chair focuses on the revision of the collective second pillar of the pension system and changes in the labour market in the Netherlands. Pensions and the labour market in relation to taxation are budgetally, politically, socially and scientifically interesting topical fields with major research questions.' Since April 2024, I am also a Crown Member of the Social and Economic Council (SER), where, for example, I am involved in providing advice on the revision of our tax and benefits system.'
