As a partner at PwC, I help clients harness the potential of AI and GenAI within their organisation. My focus is on leveraging these technologies to improve efficiency, enhance the quality of output, and create better experiences for both clients and employees.
However, technology alone is not enough. Real impact occurs when people truly adopt and apply these tools in their daily work. This comes together in an 'agentic workforce': a workforce where employees are confident, competent, and empowered to use AI meaningfully.
To make this work at scale, I assist clients in setting up the right platforms and data foundations. My background in analytics - combined with years of experience in workforce transformation – provides me with a practical, data-driven perspective on how to build solutions and ensure they remain effective.
