The Deals Traineeship is designed to accelerate your development during your first years in the deals practice. The program lasts for two years and begins with an international kick-off in September at the International Deals Foundation Event in Madrid. Here, you will have the opportunity to meet all the other Edge EMEA trainees from your cohort (around 250 colleagues) and start building your own global PwC network. Additionally, you will learn about each competency in the deals business and explore all aspects of the deals process. Afterward, you will develop yourself in the deals practice of our PwC office in Amsterdam, where you will work with different types of clients in various sectors. Within the Deals Traineeship, there are two different tracks: the Rotations Track and the Expert Track. The Rotations Track offers the opportunity to gain experience in three different competency areas, while the Expert Track allows you to specialize directly in one expertise area.
