Every challenge calls for new perspectives

When I started as a consultant within Strategy& at PwC, I knew one thing for sure: I wanted to do work that would continuously challenge me. I didn’t want to be tied to one sector or solve the same type of problems over and over again. At PwC, I found exactly that variety.

Working on diverse projects

During my first year and a half, I worked on projects for both the public sector and business services. No project is the same, which makes the work both challenging and incredibly rewarding.

A fresh perspective

In my role, I help clients bring clarity to complex challenges. We do this by looking at them with a fresh, independent perspective and involving the right internal experts. Together, we translate insights and knowledge into concrete, actionable solutions that clients can immediately use. The combination of analysis, creativity, and practical impact is what energizes me.

Room to contribute

What surprised me most when I joined PwC is how much space you’re given from the very beginning to contribute ideas. As a junior, you might expect a more execution-focused role, but here you’re actively encouraged to think along. Senior colleagues are open to new ideas and truly support you in sharing them. That has accelerated my development significantly.

Dynamic work

Collaboration is essential within Strategy&. The challenges we work on are constantly evolving, and every project brings something new. This means you often work closely with colleagues from different backgrounds and areas of expertise, making the work highly dynamic.

People make the difference

Beyond the work itself, it’s the people who make the real difference for me. The projects are interesting, but it’s my colleagues who give me energy and inspiration every day. The atmosphere is open, and you quickly get to know each other well. Whether it’s during a project, over lunch, or at events like the ski trip, sports tournaments, or the winter gala.

For me, this truly shows what makes working at PwC unique: you are continuously challenged to learn and grow. And by working with people who bring different perspectives, you keep developing new ways of looking at challenges and solutions.

Work isn’t just about finding solutions. It’s about growing while you do it.
