How does this process work in corona time?

Interviews will be conducted via webcam* and any external assessments are online. The responsible recruiter can inform you if you have any questions. The responsible recruiter is listed under your vacancy, if no telephone number is listed you can always contact him via 088 - 792 87 77. 

*The conversations take place via Google Hangouts. If you do not have a Google account, please let us know in time so we can find you another option. 

I have been invited for a virtual interview, do I need to prepare for this?

You can prepare just as you would for a normal interview. We do advise you to check your webcam and sound beforehand. And it is good to make sure you have a stable internet connection (no downloads in the background or watching a movie).

I have a virtual conversation, but my children are also at home, how do I solve this?

We understand that it is a challenge to keep all the balls high at the moment. It might be possible for your partner to look after the children for a while, for example. But the situation requires flexibility and we will take these circumstances into account.

I don't feel comfortable with the whole situation and I find applying difficult. Can I postpone my application?

We now apply for a job via the webcam to ensure health and safety, which hopefully takes away some of the unpleasantness. Applying for a job is always exciting, but we see it as a two-way conversation in which you get enough opportunity to get to know us and ask questions. Of course, it is possible to look for alternatives with the recruiter, but our procedure will continue as usual.

Will the recruitment events still take place?

Because we want to safeguard the health of our candidates and colleagues as much as possible, the events will take place virtually for as long as necessary. We follow the guidelines of the RIVM. So keep an eye on our website. Of course, we hope to organise new events and activities as soon as the situation allows or to find an alternative for the planned event.
