This module helps you understand when to provide key investor information (KIID) and / or a key information document (KID). Under EU legislation, such as the AIFM Directive, the UCITS Directive and the PRIIPs Regulation, parts of which have also been transposed into the Dutch Financial Supervision Act and the Decree on Market Conduct Supervision of Financial Undertaking, investment funds are obliged to provide to retail investors information necessary for them to make an informed investment decision.
With the tool below you will gain insight into which specific document must be provided for a particular investment fund.
If you have any questions or need legal advice, our financial services regulatory and fund structuring experts will be happy to help.
