The COVID-19 crisis illustrated the sensitivity of the global automotive supply chain. Lockdowns triggered a supply chain disruption never seen before. As local governments are now looking at how to ease down lockdown measures it is time to look forward. How do we ramp-up successfully and should we adapt our supply chains to be more resilient?
During this second webinar in the ‘Implications of COVID-19 on the automotive industry series’, Jaap-Willem Bijsterbosch and Rolf Bos, Supply Chain Specialists at PwC, will share their experience and considerations on this topic and present some examples on how to increase supply chain flexibility to limit the impact of disruptions going forward.
Jaap-Willem Bijsterbosch and Rolf Bos both are Supply Chain specialists at PwC with each over 20 years of experience in the Supply Chain arena. Jaap-Willem and Rolf drive the Supply Chain competence at PwC and were involved in delivering Supply Chain strategy and transformation projects at many multinational companies.
