Viviana Voorwald

Viviana Voorwald

Partner, PwC Netherlands

Viviana is a PwC partner responsible for Wellbeing and conscious leadership (Inner Development Goals). Before that, she led the ESG platform at PwC, and realised that you cannot change the world with tools alone. Firstly, change requires a deep transformation of ourselves. Do we know what we stand for? Do we dare to stand up for our beliefs? Or do we just continue in the current system, in our comfort zone? That way we will not change the world. How do we inspire the new generation? Do they have a clear purpose in their lives, do they have a broader view of the world around them? Are they happy and can they make the most of life? These are themes that led Viviana to shift her focus from a financial background to a more holistic view of leadership and well-being. In this way, she helps colleagues and clients thrive to their fullest potential and realize the essential changes this world needs.
