Niels Geuze

Partner, PwC Netherlands

I have been a partner in PwC’s Legal practice since 2016. I specialise in Dutch corporate law, corporate (re)structuring, corporate governance and transactions. I focus on cross-border projects for multinational companies. These projects include pre-deal carve-outs, post-deal integrations, spin-offs, migrations, cash extractions, single company projects and legal entity rationalisations. I am a member of PwC’s Corporate Governance Unit and the international business reorganisations (IBR) group, which is a network of corporate lawyers at PwC covering over 90 countries.

'The legal market is changing rapidly. I joined PwC Legal in the Netherlands to be at the heart of this change and help drive it. Our ambition is to be a tech-enabled legal partner for complex transformations. Transformations can be complex because of their size, geographical span or impact on other issues. Our lawyers provide high quality, to-the-point legal advice which meets requirements from a business, tax or accounting perspective. As an integral part of PwC, we have access to all the experts and resources needed to handle the most complex matters.'
