Lean Six Sigma (LSS) is a performance improvement philosophy, methodology and toolset in one. It has become a commonly used approach to performance improvement projects. The benefits of LSS are focus on customer requirements and process efficiency and the fact that decisions are based on data. The outcome is improved customer satisfaction and significant cost reduction. While the structured approach and data based decision making ensure tight project control.
