New pension agreement is ready for take-off: Fasten your seatbelts

Unions and the Dutch parliament have now endorsed the new pension agreement. A number of minor additions have been made, including changes to employee savings options. Companies have a long and complex road ahead to apply these new rules. Planning and communication will be key to success. Our latest pension bulletin provides more details.
