Drs. Gertjan Baars is an information management expert and director of the Information Management team. Working from a clear vision on future developments in e-services and management processes behind the digital front office, his primary focus is the implementation of IT applications in the management processes of municipalities, provinces and water boards. Operating in the domain where IT and managerial processes meet, Gertjan provides products and services that range from strategy formulation to Quality Assurance to implementation plans for complex information systems. Capable of adopting both an expert and process-oriented approach, Gertjan and his team act as sparring partner, architect, second opinionist, arbiter and assessment maker. In many cases, Gertjan also provides clients and project leaders with guidance and coaching.

Anneke Offereins

Drs. Anneke Offereins is a business administration expert and advisor with the Healthcare Advisory Group. With a background in communications and business, Anneke has ample expertise in dealing with business administration and strategic issues in the healthcare domain. As part of the Healthcare Advisory Group, Offereins has been studying the effects of ageing on the care sector and advises care providers on how to optimally prepare for the coming changes.

René van Kuijk

Drs. René van Kuijk MSc. has a background in both business administration and IT and works as an adviser in the arena where these two disciplines meet. Combining his two areas of expertise, he works on implementing IT applications in the policies, business processes and service delivery of governmental organisations. At PwC, René is involved in various research projects on social developments and their impact on local governments, such as a study into the effects of ageing on municipal social policies and the PwC Ageing scan.
